Villa La Torre is an exclusive and luxurious villa rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval tower of Murlo Estate. It has a superb position, enjoying amazing views across wonderful countryside with ancient olive groves, green valleys and overlooking the magnificent castle of Murlo. The scene has not changed since the 12th Century when the tower was originally built.

The villa benefits from the services of the 5 star Antognolla resort and has been restored to the highest quality, providing a holiday home with the utmost in comfort and luxury.

The villa can sleep up to 8 in 3 spacious rooms all with breathtaking views across the valley. The ground floor has 1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with french doors leading onto the garden and terrace.

A corridor leads to the charming and comfortable living room with a working fireplace, which easily seats 8 people on large soft sofas. A door takes you through to the large open plan dining room that will seat 8, and has direct access to the outdoor dining terrace.

There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry that features a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and all the applicances necessary to cook for a large group.

Stairs from the dining room take you up the medieval tower, where on the first floor there is a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, accommodating 4 in total and an ensuite bathroom.

Further stairs lead to the magnificent 2nd king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and views from a postcard.

There is a stunning panoramic outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of Murlo estate, with a seperate coffee table and chairs and a set of more formal dining table and chairs, seating 8.

Gardens & Swimming pool

There is a large private garden with a heated infinity pool (6m * 15m) and jacuzzi enjoying magnificent views of all the valley. The pool is equipped with numerous, sun beds, umbrellas and chairs and there is an additional dining table and chairs and bbq.

The extensive private grounds of Murlo estate that surrounds Torre, provide privacy for guests, as well as making it ideal for walkers and nature lovers wishing to explore the surrounding woodland and nature reserve.

Services

Villa La Torre is delighted to offer its guests the following services to make their stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible:

     • Chef service is available upon request with butler service
     • Cooking classes are available either at the villa or at the golf clubhouse
     • A food hamper can be arranged for an additional cost
     • Linen and towels are provided once per week on Saturday.
     • Extra changes are available on request for an additional charge
     • Maid service is included in the rental price 2 hours 7 days a week
     • Starter welcome provisions are included in the rental price

Antognolla Golf Course

There is an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, golf clubhouse and restaurant facilities in the same estate only 3 minutes from the villa. This is also accessible with a golf cart through a private path across the nature reserve.

All guests staying have discounts on the golf green fees and at the clubhouse restaurant.
