This stunning luxury villa lies in a unique setting in a large private estate, recently restored and refurbished to a very high standard, making a comfortable and relaxing retreat for families and friends to enjoy, in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Italy.
Villa Murlo is set on top of a hill, overlooking the valley of Monte Tezio and has beautiful views across the estate and the stunning Antognolla championship golf course. The furnishings are immaculate in warm, welcoming tones and the furniture is very comfortable. There are four bedrooms all en-suite and a guest bathroom as well. The grounds are fenced for privacy and safety and are immaculately kept. The stunning terrace dining area and swimming pool have magnificent views of the valley and there is also an outdoor breakfast table with parasol.
Situated 20 km north of Perugia and 15km from Lake Trasimeno on the border with Tuscany, the villa is perfectly located to explore and discover both Umbria and Tuscany with Gubbio, Montone, Cortona, Siena, Todi, Deruta, Montefalco and Assisi all within easy reach.
For guests staying at Villa Murlo and wishing to play a round or two of golf, the Antognolla golf course is only 10 minutes away!

The villa and attached converted chapel have four bedrooms, all en-suite, a guest bathroom, an open-plan living-dining room with working fireplace, a further sitting room, a kitchen with breakfast table and french doors leading to the gardens and the terrace dining area. There is a pantry and laundry room.
